Drawing: Basics
learn techniques such as shading, depth, still life drawing, landscape drawing, cartooning... (like to draw, see other Drawing camps below)
June 16-19
Painting
experience a variety of painting styles, paint types (acrylic, tempera, watercolor), and techniques!
June 23-26
Art Around the World
study of art around the world, from Africa to Mexico!

June 30-July 3

Sculpture
construct many different types of sculputers in this workshop that allows children to explore form and shape (clay, paper mache,wire...).
July 7-10
Gizmos & Gadgets
create and discover in this fun and unique art/science workshop.
July 14-17
Drawing: Animals
children attending this camp will learn to draw animals found in different environments (home/pets, farm, jungle, ocean).
July 21-24
Young Picasso
create your own masterpiece as we study several famous artists!
July 28-31
Crafty Kids

children will enjoy creating craft-oriented art projects (picture frames, bulletin boards, puppets...). Many of these projects can be used by the children or given as a gift to someone special.

August 4-7
Drawing: Cartoons
in this camp children will learn the art of creating cartoon characters, we will create classics (Mickey Mouse, Tom & Jerry) to more contemporary (Pokemon, Sponge Bob).
August 11-14
Sculpture
construct many different types of sculputers in this workshop that allows children to explore form and shape (clay, paper mache,wire...). (same projects as July 30th week)
 

Camp Information

All summer camps...
time:

Monday through Thursday from 2:00 - 5:00

age:

Each camp is open to children ages 5-10.

Due to the range in ages (5-10), during the workshop the children will all work in the same studio but will be presented the information and projects in a manner that will be appropriate for their individual ages.

$135 (sign up for more than one workshop and take $10 off of each additional)
